As the principal UX UI specialist, I did a ux audit to illustrate convincingly the shortcomings of existing design, get buy-in for major UIX redesign, followed by iterative execution with global team interaction. I also created white-board sketches of improved design features to get quick buy-in from key product team members to proceed with application redesign; conducted multiple interviews with key global users to incorporate their feedback; With approval, I designed mobile first (with color palette, font hierarchy and styles) as mock-ups for team review; review sliders and prototypes, for additional features, to create full version. After numerous iterations with product owners and clients, involving mock-ups and demos by me, consensus was reached on definite version of key pages of a successfully redesigned Business Process Manager Application.

As the UX lead, collaborating with a large global team, I made numerous sketches, with iterative revisions based on feedback, proceeding to wireframes and low-fidelity prototype, until consensus was reached on viable features and functions that could be completed within the time frame in v2. I delineated the structure and navigation of the application with wireframes. After discussions with development to determine what was possible, I created a user-flow, worked with visual designer to create an InVision prototype, and made adjustments as needed, based on additional input, until design was completed and documented for developers. The project was deemed successful with very positive feedback.
